Did you know that mediumFUSION is almost ten years old? Connie started the company out of her apartment in Broad Ripple in 1999. It's amazing she still has all her hair.
Matt spent the better part of the 90's in "The Magical Attraction of Booty!", a techno-noise band from Indianapolis.

Constance Szerdy (Zer-Dee), President and Creative Coordinator, has over 10 years of experience as a designer - a lifetime of experience in creativity and ideas. Okay, she's a dreamer...but thank goodness for that. Just two years after receiving her BFA from Herron School of Art & Design, she became adjunct faculty at the University - teaching VC 201 & MultiMedia Design to her juniors - while building this company.
She's been involved in various community incentives over the years, focusing on art, education and environment. She's spent many hours assisting or collaborating on projects in the art community - from graffiti murals to branding gallery shows, to the Art vs. Art show - she's always trying to stay true to her passions. For several years she's worked with the IPS Education Foundation on an annual fund raising luncheon for literacy programs. She also dedicates her time to the Greenways Foundation - is currently on the committee for communications, and is collectively brainstorming new visual components to further the initiative.

He is an accomplished musician, founding bands such as Tin Lounge, The Magical Attraction of Booty and Lines of Nazca. He has written and produced over 1500 songs in almost every genre.
Matt has shot and produced many enjoyable short films, documentaries, music videos and commercials, some of which can be found HERE.

Chad Wells, Director of Technology, has been a self-professed "total geek" since he wrote his first program – a downhill skiing game for the IBM PCjr - at the age of 10. Always absorbing as much as he can about anything technology related, especially when it comes to computers, Chad has spent a big chunk of the last decade writing code. A lifelong-learner, he often becomes completely obsessed with fully understanding the task at hand. It's almost scary. Chad gets freakishly excited over clean, beautiful, standards-compliant code.
Chad is also a drummer who, over the past 16 years, has played in about as many bands. He's currently playing in Lines of Nazca with Matt Sommers. He says, "It’s quite a necessary release."
In his 'spare time', he volunteers his services to the Indianapolis music community, recently serving as Technical Director of IndianapolisMusic.net.

Certifications: Indiana State Certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Adjunct Faculty - Herron School of Art & Design.
Memberships: American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Indianapolis Chapter, Arts Council of Indianapolis, Broad Ripple Village Association (BRVA), Indiana University/Herron Alumni Association, Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association (ICVA).
